Well, I can speak only for myself, but I definitley respect girls who will come after me the same amount if not more than other girls. It shows that they know what they want from life, are probably more mature, and know how to go out and get it. It is a complete positive (for me at least).

I liked it when a girl initiated something when I was too dense to realize she liked me but I don't think I would care for it all the time, If I liked them back I would be doing the chasing once I realized I was welcome.
