Did you hear that hair dyes might cause cancer? What doesnt cause cancer these days? I dye my hair black cause i'm a hot goth guy. Does anyone else here dye there hair and what do you think about the news

I also heard the same thing. I had been dyeing my hair every 3 months or so, since 1997 and so far, I am still okay...I wish it is not true, though.

Use henna it is an all natural dye. Look around for it and you will find it and it is alos available through the internet. But i suggest you not dye your hair because it damages your hair and yes, it can cause cancer.

This wives tell goes around about every 2 years. They told my Mom that 40 years ago. She died of a heart attack not cancer & all her her sisters are still alive. They have dyed their hair for over 50 yrs & still no cancer. Keep the hot black hair..

i just dyed my hair for the first time in 5 years and i'm fine so i personally think the news is bull ****! i used to dye my hair all the time and i have not one spot of cancer. they're just trying to make ppl go natural like adam and eve. next thing you know they're gonna say that wearing clothes will give you cancer.

I have never heard that but it is very well possible. Seems like everything we do or use has a consequence these days. i would definitely do more research before my next dye job.

Honestly, I think most people in this country dye their hair. I also think that we'll all have cancer before we die. You never know what's in your makeup, lotion, shampoo, body wash, etc...they can call have carcinogens in them.

Might, but I've been dying my hair for over 4 years and I'm still alive. I do it almost every 3 months. Anyhow, we'll all die someday..

No.... I aven't heard of that yet. I dyed my hair begunde one time and then black.... but back to my natural color which is brownish blackish !
