I need tips for potty-training my daughter?

She just turned 2 on 7/7. Need to get this done in about 4 days. Can it be done?

I did pottytrain my son in 3 days with some weird thing I bought on ebay, believe it or not. It was just a manual on "how to potty train in 3 days". Anyway. My daughter was much more difficult. Everyone told me girls were easier but I dont think so.

What I did....
Before you do anything else, sit down with them & tell them what you are going to do. Have them throw away their diapers & no matter how frustrated you get, you cant go back. No more diapers. No pull ups. Nothing but underwear. It will only confuse them. Even at night. My son didnt make one accident on his first night in big boy underwear. Im sure this isnt common but still...it can happen.
Give them drinks. Juice, water, kool-ade, whatever, until they cant drink anymore. Give them drinks for 3 days straight. Stop only three hours before their bedtime. The more fluids, the easier this will be for them. Lots of practice. Keep sitting them on the potty & asking them every couple of minutes if they have to go. The first time they go....hoot & hollar like it is their birthday. Make the biggest deal out of it. Tell them how proud you are & how big they are.
Keep in mind....after 3 days...you may have to get a carpet cleaner. It isn't the neatest thing you will ever do. And they have to be ready. Make sure one parent takes them through this. You cant have mommy on during the day & daddy at night.

got to walmart, buy as many undies as you can and a little potty. For the next 3 days, she keeps her potty with her at all times and DO NOT put pullups or diapers on her. Constantly ask her to use her potty and take it with her where ever she goes. If she has an accident, make her change her own undies and help you clean up the mess. She will get the message. If she does not, she might be a little too young. Try again in 4 wks doing the same thing. My daughter had 2 accidents and never peed the bed after the first night. She was trained in 2 days. If she is ready you can in 4 days but don't push her. My son gets excited about going to the bathroom when he is around other potty trained kids. At home he shows no ambition. Try having a potty trained friend come over.

In 4 days? Potty training is not something that you can rush. I'm not going to say that it can't be done because I don't know your child, but the worst thing you can do is rush her. Try some training pants and if she does good with them, then let her pick out some big girl panties. Pull-ups don't normally work to well because they are so much like diapers. Good Luck!!!

I have 3 girls and they were all potty trained before age 2. I just let them run around the house bare bottomed and when I saw them peeing, I quick put them in the potty. They got the idea real quick.

Highly unlikely but... if she has any little friends around her age that need to become potty trained as well you could try having a potty party and when the girls use the potty they get a treat because they are learning to become big kids. healthy treats not pure sugar

Every time you go to the bathroom, bring her with you and when she see what you're doing then she will try to do it also, or you can sit her on the potty and run some water and it will make her need to use it also. GOOD LUCK TO YOU

I am a father that took two days off work and simply explained that when you feel the need to pee you use the wc and it is a lot easier with a little patience and a bit of fun do not forget you are dealing with a small person..
