Yes, I live in Fairfield and I have seen many falcons as well a mated pair of golden eagles. The raptors are making a comeback.

Yes, it is possible...I see them occasionally in Encino Ca.

How do we know you didn't superimpose it. Huh? Seriously though, I don't know what kind of bird that is but if it's rare who knows maybe it escaped from somebody who had it locked up in their home.
