& not just the shampoos that make your hair appear thicker. is there anything i can take or something to make my hair like ACTUALLY thicker.

Your hair's texture is what you were born with. If it's thinning, there are products you can get. If you want to make your hair 'appear' fuller, then you need to have it at it's healthiest. All the products we buy are full of chemicals that dry our hair. Look at the list, Alcohol is usually around the top. Organic shampoos and conditioners really do make a difference. If your hair is dry, Aloe Vera or Jojoba is great, but there are organic products for all types of hair. I do not advocate hair cutting, but you may need to trim the ends in a blunt cut. Stay away from layers.
I use Jojoba oil on my hair once a day from earlobes down, about 4 drops on my palms, rub lightly and apply. Improved condition also makes hair appear thicker. I do take calcium and Vit. E. I think it helps, but can't swear to it.

My aunt took these breathing exercises which worked really good, so look some up. or bye volume 4 your hair.
