If you get your mouth wired shut to lose weight. That's not the answer. Once you can eat you will gain back every pound in a whoosh! You need to look into how to change your eating habits. If you can make a lifestyle change then it will benefit you forever. A bandaid is only temporary. Even people who have a gastric bypass sometimes become heavy again because they never changed their way of eating. For me low carbing has been a lifesaver for me.
