I hired Consumer Credit of America to file a bankruptcy for my mom a few years ago. I was initially attracted by the price ($195) but I was also attracted by their knowledge of bankruptcy. They told me the forms would be ready in about 3-4 days but it took about 5 or 6 days. Other than that, I think they're wonderful! As a senior citizen, my mom didnt have a thousand dolars for a lawyer. Her case coordinator was really nice.

Two months ago, the sheriff repossed my truck for a court judgment. They were holding it waiting to auction it off. I called Greg Bohl at Consumer Credit Services of America and he prepared an emergency bankruptcy for me. I filed the next day. I got my truck back a few days later and got rid of all my debts.

I used CCSA in March 2003 to prepare my chapter 7 bankruptcy. I paid them $195 and had no problems. I got my discharge. All the attorneys I called wanted $1200 and up.
