I Like a coworker of mine and there is a lot of subtle flirting between us, but I am the new guy I don't want to step on anyone's toes (She is single) I really want to go out with her I just don't know how to approach that Idea of the whole co worker thing any suggestions

Ask her to lunch someplace close to work. That way, it will look like your just both there if you see someone else from work. As you walk by, make it look like a spur of the moment thought say "Hey, I'm going to ________ to get lunch. Want to come with me?" If she says no it may not be you, it may really be work stuff. And you can flirt by telling how Delicious your lunch was and how she missed out.

Ever heard the phrase "don't dip your pen in the company ink" ?? If it works out, great, but if it falls apart you'll be walking a fine line between sexual harassment and continued employment. Good luck.

Be sure that you meet AWAY from work.
Be honest.
Can you work with and date some one?
You will be spending large blocks of time with her in and out of work. This is a bad idea. You should never date any of you office mates.

first make sure that that is not any company rules on dating an co-worker and then after that you just ask here one day when you too are alone and flirting. just say how you feel
