I was just looking for some software that I can download online that allows me to change my pictures to black and white, sepia toned, add borders and things like that. I really like using photoshop on the computers at school, but cant find a site to download it without buying it. Can someone give me some links or some information on other software thats good?

Try using Screen Dash. Its the only photo editor that can take screenshots, do paint and photo editing, and host images. Thus, you can share images with your friends and family. Its free, easy to use, and provides very professional photo editing. It is amazing!

There is a free program called Gimp. You can download it online. Just search for it - like I said it's free, but supposed to be pretty good.

Gimp is a legal free (and open source) photo editing program that is on par with Photoshop. just go to http://www.gimp.org/ and download it.

Microsoft Picture it is awesome, and it doesn't cost first and last months rent like photoshop does.
