How about you cook a good dinner and buy him a small photo frame with you and his photos on it.
Or you can buy him a red heart underwear to match yours and give him a good body massage.

I got my boyfriend a sammuri sowrd! Then for his 18th birthday I got him 3 ninja turtles movies! So yeah basically find out what he likes any cds or movies he doesnt have, or you could get him a cool shirt or something! all guys like cool little knifes too! so all of those are possibilitys
