No beacuse they are all in jail.There is a reason minors cant get tatttos.I know people who have gotten tatoos as ADULTS and regretted it later.Talk to your parents about this and see what they think,parents ares sometimes more understanding than you think.Dont do anything like this without some serious thinking,It is very expensive to get them removed if you decide you dont like it.Also if you want a decent job when you are older...well alot of places WONT hire you if you have visible tatoos,so think about that too.If you MUST get one,PLACEMENT is very important.get one that can be hidden for interviews and during work hours or for occasions that it would not be appropriate.THINK FIRST THOUGH PLEASE!

I totally wanted a tattoo when I was 14, and I went to the boardwalk in NH and made friends with this guy who was totally willing to do it even though I was underage.. though he didn't know that... I looked very mature then. Anyway, I said to myself, "Think of the tattoo, and think about how much you want it every day until your 18th birthday. If there is a day or two that you think maybe it's not such a good idea anymore, then don't get it when you turn 18, but if you still want it, and have wanted it all that time, then go for it". So I thought about it, and REALLY wanted it for a while, but decided to be wise about it. Anyway, there were MANY days I thought that it was a bad idea. Sure it would have been really cool then, but OH MY GOD I am SO HAPPY now that I didn't do it. I'm only 24, but I think around 19 or 20 I was like, "EWE! What was I thinking!!!" It was only the difference of 4-5 years, which felt like a lifetime, but I'm really happy that as an adult I don't have some tattoo a teenager picked... you know? Give it some time, think about it. Oh... to satisfy that need I went and got piercings... my eyebrow, tragus... it drove my parents nuts and looked so hardcore, BUT now I've taken them out, at least you can take those out when you don't want them anymore.
