Ok i have really skinny legs and ankles and i wanted to know what excersices or anything else i could do to make my legs and ankles bigger in size.

well as for your legs, squats are by far the best excercise you can do to bulk up, make sure your protien intake is high also if you wanna get bigger

as for your ankles...they dont really get bigger, just stronger, for stronger ankles i recommend balance excercises or running in Nike Free's

A really easy exercise you can do for ankles and lower legs...
Stand on the bottom stair so just your toes and balls of your feet are on the step. Then slowly lower and raise yourself up onto your toes and then back down hyper flexing your foot as far as you can. You may want to hold on to the railing or wall for stability.
At first you probably won't even feel anything from doing these, but trust me, the next day after doing a bunch of these, you will.
