Frankly, if you're happy and your Love One's happy, be happy and forget about it. If you want a genuine unbiased opinion on weight/height, however, consider this:
In 1943, the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company introduced their standard height-weight tables for men and women. The tables were revised slightly in 1983. They were called "desirable" weights, which would indicate those persons with the lowest mortality rates. The basis, I underline, is mortality rates, ie the people with these ratios lived longest. It is not based on how the companies think an ideal woman should look! However, the phrase "ideal weight" gradually became associated with these tables in common usage, even though the word "ideal" was not specifically published with the tables.
For a 5' 7" woman of small frame, your weight should be 123-136#, medium frame 133-147#, and large frame #143-163.
And guess how you determine your frame! If your wrist is 2.5 inches wide you're medium, under that small frame, over that large frame!

You are a little over weight. A girl your height should be weighing around 122 - 149 lbs so your not to much over weight, just keep up with the excersing, drink lots and lots of water and keep eating healty, another tip..try eating 5-6 mini meals throughout the day instead of 3 large ones, it'll help your metabolism and help you burn calories. Best of luck to you

Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

For your height, a "healthy" weight is between 140-165 lbs. If you are eating right and exercising regular, you are ok. Sounds like your weight is muscle mass, not fat.

Listen, overweight is in the eye of the beholder. Its obviously bothering YOU so make it a goal lose 10 pounds see how you feel if you like what you see and want to lose more do it. To do it add more cardio. Instead of that walkin crap run and run fast. do sprints. if you cant run swim. If you cant swim bike. if you dont have a bike power walk. Do what ever it takes to get that heart rate up. AND DONT MAKE ANY EXCUSES

It's all depends on your input over output. If you eat more than you burn you'll just get bigger and bigger, just like that girl in Willie Wonka who turned into a huge blueberry.

at 5-7 i'd say you could be considered over weight about thirty pounds, but if you have muscle mass from working out, i'd say you could look pretty good at 150.
