I have a boyfriend (byram) and a ex (alec), but i dont think i love byram, but i just think I might love alec still, but i dont know if he loves me, but everyone says he does, but i dont know that for sure so i dont want to do anything major, but i also dont want to do anything stupid, should i break up with my boyfriend and be single or what should i do?

Don't break up just because you have conflicting emotions.
At your age, "love" comes and goes like the wind. Your hormones are raging ... you are learning as fast as you ever will in your life ... everything is happening quickly.
So it is with your emotions. Why do you think so many teens go from relationship to relationship? Why do you think teens end up crying so damn often? Why do boys hurt girls and girls hurt boys?
Remember, teenagers are just now trying to learn how to date and learn how to relate. The only way they can do it is by trial and error.
Enjoy the process ... just try to be kind and avoid hurting people along the way.

Byram needs to know right away that you don't love him. It is unfair to the point of sadistic if he has fallen for you, so be straight up and break it off. Alec is an unrelated issue. You owe it to yourself and the people around you to become grounded as a person and get to the root cause of this compulsion to weld yourself together based on another's affections.
I suspect that this emotional roller coaster is an extension of childhood experiences. Have you considered counseling? I do wish you well, and good luck becoming the woman that God wants you to be.

first how long have you been with byram? have either of you said 'i love you'?
you need to double check your feelings for alec. its not fair to byram cause he obviously feels something for you, thats why he's your boyfriend. double check your feelings...if you REALLY think you still love alec, ask byram for like a break and tell him the truth so you wont leave him in the dark. ive been in byram's shoes and it sucks...so let him know.

If you dont love your boyfriend be honest with him, to be single or not, it wouldnt be feer to him. If it was that broke up with your ex, talk to him. If it was him who broke up with you, try to make friends with him, talk to him again, and after that, ask him why you broke up, and try to find out what in you he didnt like. Try to change it and hes yours. If you like him, you shouldnt let him go. Good luck
