Jesus said that "only Father knows" the time of the Second coming. Yet, according to Trinitarian teching ( Matt 3:16-17, 28:19-20, 2 Cor 13: 14 ), the Son of Holy Spirit are God too. And God knows everything, (Pss139:1-6, 147:5). Indeed, the Bible says explicitly that the Holy Spirit knows all things ( 1 Cor2:10). So this seems to be a denial of the deity of the Holy Spirit. (???)
Tell me your thoughts.

The deity an omniscience of the Holy Spirit are not denied here. If anything, they are implied.

The Holy Spirit does know all things.
Of the members of the Trinity, only the Father and Son are mentioned.
Many passages of Scripture speak of only two members of the Trinity, since each has different function and only their activity is under consideration in that context. ( Eph1:2, Phil 1:2, Col 1:2 )
Only other groups mentioned in the contest are created
-"no-one"
-"not even the Son" as human eing
-"not even the angels'
So in this context the phrase "only the Father" should be understood in contrst to all these created beings

Steve:
God cannot make a stone so big that He cannot lift it, since the created canot be bigger than the Creator.
God cannot do anything that would contradict His nature, such as, cease being God, or unholy, or to do what is logically impossible ( like making square circle, or force people freely love Him, or to make 3x3 equal to be other than 9 etc. )

The holy spirit is Gods spirit just like you and I have a spirit. For what man knows the things of a man except the spirit which is in him? even so no one knows the things of God except the spirit of God. 1st Corinthians 2:11

This same all knowing deity knows who is going to get into heaven before they are born. It seems a bit cruel that these unfortunate souls should be born at all.
This same loving, all knowing God put the crazy notion in the heads of some nutcase Christians that they should murder doctors who perform abortions.
It was fascinating to read the book Freakonomics and learn that with the advent of legal abortions, there was a deep reduction in the crime rate as the aborted might have reached their teen years.
If this all knowing God is so smart, why does he permit so many horrors.
Then there is the problem of the father or the holy spirit begetting the son, all of whom are the same one and they talk to each other and when they do they are different. This sounds like the DSM diagnosis for schizophrenia.
The real kicker is that it is essential to have FAITH in all of this irrational nonsense.
Kenny Boy Lay also wanted us to have faith in him and George wants us to have faith in stock traders to secure our futures.
Lewis Carroll couldn't have written a more insane description of a sick fantasy.

Yes it is and it means that only God knows the day & hour. Jesus, his only-begotten Son does not know nor do the angels.
The holy spirit is not a person--it is God's power or active force that he uses to accomplish his purposes. Many pray for God's spirit to help them in a crisis. Some in the Bible were filled with holy spirit. Were they filled with a spirit person? No, they were given increased understanding of God's will and purpose and energized by God's power. God's spirit acts as a driving force that moves and impels Christians to do his will.

Ummm, my bible states that the holy spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.
It does not say that the holy spirit knows all things.
SO if your bible states differently, do what I do, go back to original text and find out what the words were and how they were placed together for the original meaning. 1 Cor 2:10

Start nit-picking the Bible and you'll run into all sorts of problems. I mean, start with the origin of the book. Why does the Bible contain the books that it contains? Divine guidance? Well, then why do some bibles have the pseudopigrapha (sp?)? Did the same divine being guide another group differently? Or is one group simply wrong? JEESH, how will we ever know!?!?
If you want to believe it, just believe it. Don't try to prove it. You'll only (a) confuse yourself or (b) end up looking like a fool who ignores logic.

Let me see. Do you believe in the Holy Trinity? If so, you argument is useful. If you believe in something else, your argument is worthless.
God reveals and man observes (revelation and scientific method).
Before you jump up and down with your logic, it is belief that matters. Belief that you do not have.
The Christian bible is not a conversion manual, but a tool for the Christian believer.
You can not take verses out of context, but you need to understand what they are saying and how it applies to your life.
I will leave you with an easier assignment:Take the Gospel of John and do a word study for belief/believe/believer and your case nonbeliever.

Me <--> God the position is Jesus in this equation? In Islam, we do not worship human beings. Sorry to break down all of your fundamentals yet Jesus became no longer God or God's son. After he kicked the bucket, you christians fabricated such an difficulty to describe how come a prophet ought to die by employing enemy and edited Bible with that theory. there have been 1000's of Bible variations how will you've faith them? obviously, human beings wrote their very personal concepts about Jesus. No yet its incorrect. He became only a prophet and we adore Jesus besides yet we in ordinary words ask forgiveness from God. Islam would not have a third party between God and me. no longer Jesus, no longer a clergyman, no longer Pope. What in case you're incorrect? what's going to you tell to God about your perception of Jesus as a God (or his son, soul etc. regardless of) yet no longer purely a messenger of God? he will be very indignant for breaking his unity.

My thoughts?
How can we say God is omnipotent, and then try to limit Him to human abilities? God is able to be incarnate on earth in Jesus, accepting certain limitations in order to experience what it is to walk as a Man among men, and still be God in Heaven. God is able to be the Holy Spirit within you, accepting certain limitations as to how much knowledge He will impart to your human spirit, and still be all-knowing. God is able to do all of this, and infinitely more. He is...well...God. I am not, and neither are you.

Hmm. Interesting question; I'll have to get back to you on that one.
Here's a nursery riddle for you to play with in the mean time:
If God can do anything, can He make an object too heavy for Him to move?
