Revelation 21:4; "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.” Talking about after the Great Tribulation.. it helps me to read that scripture when im down.

Psalm 27:4, "One thing have I desired of the Lord, and that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the Lord, and to enquire in His temple."
That verse shows the true goal and meaning of life-to know God and be in His presence forever, to increase our joy in Him in a never-ending way and then also to lead others into that very same presence. I want to live with that "one desire", to know God more.

Deuteronomy 21:18 --> 21:21 good old fashion child rearing! I like this because it sends the Bible thumpers to their knees (praying for me I assume).
