or it's just a myth?
Read that eating peanut-butter daily in small amounts is good for your health because of the peanuts vegetable oils. Is that true? Or you better off eating the same amount in plain peanuts?

Everything is good for you in moderation. Including moderation. However, be wary of eathing peanuts... you may be alergic. Honey is good. Prevents cancer. So, too does pomegrante juice (so we are now told).

o yea, eating small portions of peanut butter is good because you get the good fats and you also consume protein. Dont think that a peanut butter and jelly sandwich is bad for you, so go ahead and eat a peanut butter sandwich as a snack.

Without adding a single grain of salt to our food, we are already 100% over the recommended daily allowance of salt because of addatives in the food we eat. Peanut butter usually contains quite a bit of salt, so no it's probably not good for you.

Yes, peanut butter is good for you....the fat is good for you....its like the fat in an avocado. It even gives you energy.

But if you decide to do this, make sure the peanut butter is organic. Peanut butter contains many many pesticides which ultimately makes it bad for you.
