I don't know if Michael Johnson was the fastest or not but when he broke the 200 record he was traveling over 27 mph when he crossed the finish line. I believe that was the fastest.

Well ..........for the record there are cave men in Africa who chase antelopes on foot and outrun them. They are not allowed in the olympics cos they cant secure a visa. And dont understand why they should be paid to run.
