There is the strongest possibility that this place is inTexas and I have it on fairly solid authority that it will be in San Antonio---there are indications that it can be found on Medical Drive somewhere in the vacinity of the 4000 block of that street----you might try 4411-----hope this helps
If all else fails you might try calling information--giving them the address above and getting a telephone number---then use that number to call them and ask them directions to the freaking place

It is hard to find because it doesn't have a big sign. It's almost hidden. Look it up on mapquest. Don't expect a great big building. It is a small one story building, set back just a little bit, and not obvious at all.
