Maybe because you realize another week has gone by. The weekend gives you more time to think about things.

That is called Sunday afternoon blue!
I use to hate Sundays. Sunday afternoon no one wants to do anything, most stores are closed or close early, there is that pressure to get ready for the week ahead and you can't figure out what is there to prepare. So basically you are between something nice that ended, your weekend, and something difficult that is yet to begin, getting up early for the rest of the week.
If YOU know that you do not feel tired on Monday morning like most people, then you should have that in mind. If you have that in mind then Sunday night will feel like any night, why not like Friday/Saturday night even! And if there is no one to hang around with, you can have your own movie night or order in something special to eat.

Maybe because its a new week...I'm no doctor but I get the same exact way even in the summer when I don't work or don't have school. My grandmother died one sunday night so maybe that has something to do with it...maybe something happened to you on a sunday and you are remembering it.

Cause you have to go back to work. If you like your job, than probably because you lose your free time to do with what you want.
