No. It's fine. Just swish a little water around in your mouth afterwards to make sure none gets left behind between your teeth.

Its the same as eating. You should brush your teeth afterwards. Instead of having Vit C tabs, try eating oranges or kiwi fruit.

chica is correct. I may add ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) like all acids is corrosive to dental enamel. ( Mom says lemon wedges even though AWESOME to chew will eat one's teeth!)
