For $130 you can buy a DVD recorder for your TV. It will have video inputs and you can make the DVD that way. Ask your friends if they have and DVD recorder and maybe they can help you out.

Analog camcorders can be input into the back of a video capture card and the film captured in that way. Then you burn a DVD the regular way.

So the first thing you would need is the Video Imput Card and Capture Software.

u need a sort of a reading card to be installed in ur com.u can get it from any camcord shop.just tell them ur problem.
