I'm very sure u hav some infection, can be just ordinary infection which ca be easily clean up by doctor prescription. A more serious note will be a very early stage of kidney failure. They hav good equipment 4 checking . Don't waste time , insist on a kidney test. I personally went through this & am living with 1 only. Consider myself lucky 2be living healthyly

Sounds like an STD. Guys don't usually get UTI's because of the length of the urethra when compared to a woman's. (Who get them frequently from that bug "ecoli".) Go to the doc. If it is from an STD over the counter stuff may hide the symptoms hide the color of the exudate (stuff coming out with the urine - pus) and throw off the lab results and besides:

AZO DOES NOT CURE ANYTHING it is an anesthetic agent only.

You probably have a urinary tract infection. (male or female, it does not matter).
See a doctor asap. Meanwhile, cranberry juice is a sure cure for the burning during urination. There is also a product called Azo Standard (a tablet) that helps cure these infections without a prescription. :)
Be blessed and healed!

UTI - urinary tract infection if it is burning when you pee. you need to see your doctor and start on an antibiotic regimen. usually all you have to do is describe the symptoms, possibly even pee in a cup.

Not necessarily an STD Could be a kidney or bladder infection or as simple as dehydration!

Lots of fluids....cranberry juice! or antibiotics if you are real sore and cut back on the spas and swimming pools if you are female!

Probably a urinary tract infection or maybe you don't drink enough water and your urine is too concentrated. Either way, you should check with a doctor to make sure. And you can get something to clear it up within a few days.

You might have UTI or urinary track infection. Better see a doctor. Normally UTI can be cured by drinking lots of water, if its not that worse yet. But still, your doctor knows best. So go now and see your doctor.

It sounds like a urinary tract infection, and I'd go see a urologist. I hope it gets better soon. They'll most likely just put you on some antibiotics, but I'd go get everything checked out.
