Just call him on the phone, and ask if he would like to go have coffee, or a soda somewhere, take it from there, there is nothing wrong with asking the guy, especially when he is shy. Thats how I got my husband!! Later if you continue to go out, let him know you only did that cause you knew he was too shy.

Well it's time to ask him out for coffee,are a little lunch. Do it in the daytime. The daytime is easier for shy guy's. Make sure you do the paying. If nothing else,go buy a prepaid food card from one of the fast food joint's. Tell him you won the book of coupons in a raffle are something. Say your grandma sent them to you as a gift! Do something??

well first off you need to let him know that you like him in some way but it shouldnt be in a sluty way and no signals just start a conversation with the dude and laugh at his stupid jokes then tell him that you wouldnt mind goin out or tell him you like him in some way
