Listen you need to find ways of being more positive about yourself. I will give you a healthy eating plan that is for life. You will feel stronger happier and healthier forever.

If you want to do this it is for life so you need to totally change your way of eating and exercising. This is not a diet rather than a healthy eating plan for life. So no more talking diet cause it means time limit.

Here are the golden rules:
Initially cut down to 1200 (women) - 1500 (men) calories.
Exercise 6 times per week for 1 hours a day. Do three weight sessions and three cardio sessions. No gym involved if you don't have the access.
Don't eat carbs after 4pm, never eat carbs within 2 hours of exercise or within 1 hour of exercise.
Drink 3 litres of water per day. You can have a green tea at the end of the day.
Limit your fruit in take to 2 pieces per day.
Never eat dinner after 6pm.
Adopt of low GI eating plan this is sustainable for life!
Make low fat dairy choices

Follow this menu plan as a suggestion:
Breakfast 7am - 1 cup hot water w lemon
20 minutes later have a bowel of oats w water (no honey) OR
fruit salad w low GI soy yogurt
Snack 10am - pear or apple (both low GI)
Lunch 12.30pm - muligrain sandwich w 50g tuna & salad (no butter)
Snack 3pm - low GI yogurt OR skim berry smoothie (no honey or banana) plenty of ice, 1/2 cup skim milk & 1/4 cup yogurt
Dinner 5.30pm - 120g grilled lean meat/fish/prawns/tofu patties (not fried) w spinach salad & mixed vegies (no whites, carbs) OR 3 egg white/soy omlette with ham, cheese and tomato
Snack - 1 scoop of low cal low fat ice cream (if hungry)

Exercise is must be intense. Refer to www.bodybuilding.com for your weights routine. Never do weights two consecutive days have a cardio day in between.

Cardio needs to include running, go hard up stair wells and cycling. If you have access to a gym include boxing and spin classes as well. You get the most benefits from exercise when your body is totally fatigued and this is when you see changes.

To maintain you can increase calories to 1500 (women) - 1800 (men) and reduce exercise sessions to 3-4 times per week. If weight creeps up again due to holiday period etc.. go back to 1200 (women) - 1500 (men) cal and 6 sessions again.

Good luck it worked for me it can work for anyone.

Everybody has body issues. I think that every person has a picture of what they think is perfection. Whether its self imposed or a result of the constant blitz of "beautiful" people by the media, everybody has it. Its just a part of our psyche and I don't think anybody can help thinking about it. Some deal with it better than others. I would suggest counseling if you are thinking about becoming anorexic or bulimic. Eating disorders will destroy you because no matter how skinny you get, it will never be enough and you will waste away.

Get out and do something! Go hiking, on a walk with friends, or even on a run. I know, running doesn't sound like much fun. I'm not a big fan of it myself. What encourages me is to take my mp3 player with me and put some highly-motivated songs on it. Something with fast beats, such as rock, will keep you going. Also, go shopping for comfortable clothes. Clothes that are too tight or too small will definitely make you feel bigger than you really are. Find something you find yourself looking fabulous in. It's a great way to boost your confidence. Also surround yourself with encouraging friends who are going to be there for you and push you to do your best. I wish you the best, and cheer up! I'm sure you're a very beautiful person, inside and out! =)

find out if you're over weight.. if you are go on a diet. Seriously, I was myself and being in shape feels awesome. Not only on a self esteem level but going up stairs and being able to do activities without losing my breath feels awesome. If you're not overweight learn how to appreciate your body. There're different types of bodies and in a women's body especially nature takes care of making it perfect. The moment you start feeling better about your body, your body will reflect it. so take a big breath, stand straight, look yourself in the mirror. You're beautiful as you are.

I think you're feeling what all of us do at one time or another! We are surrounded with skinny women with big breasts everywhere, think about it. Look at the magazines, movies, even the news anchors! They're everywhere with these ridiculous bodies!
Know that you're ok just the way you are, try to be happy with what you have, and know that you're normal! Yeah! Isn't it nice to be called normal? lol I don't know any women who don't feel this way sometimes, even the older ones I teach!

I'm Anthony. I lost 75 pounds and shed my high school nickname Pudgy. Our family has a tragic history of cardiac disease and rheumatoid arthritis. I am proud to say that family tradition ends with me. I know I have broken the cycle and will never have to be faced with those illnesses. Thank, you have changed my life.
