No. For one thing, the DNA would not match up. They have different numbers of chromosomes and if each chromosome doesn't have a partner, no baby. Aside from that, even if you found an animal with the same number of chromosomes, it would have to be a near miracle that the sequence occurred in a manner which would allow anything to form.

there are a limited number of different species that can breed. However, dogs and humans are not two of them
for example: horses and donkeys=mules
lions and tigers=ligers
but, they are infertile

search wikipedia for hybrid and go to the biological term if you'd like more info

It is amazing how stupid people are getting anymore. What have they been teaching in public schools? obviously nothing. This is common sense that getting pregnant by a dog is impossible. I cant even believe you were wondering about it.

No, but it is possible for canines to transmit disease to humans.
However sick it is to think about, being in the Dog breeding communities for years, DOGS TO DOGS, not Dog's to Human's that is.... it's not the strangest thing I've heard asked or answered".

No, not possible. Only the same species of animals can mate and produce offspring. It's a DNA thing.

PS - study science, it's fascinating
