Say the word olive. See how your tongue moves. Take that tongue movement as a basic step in making out. Do NOT shove your tongue down his throat, nothings worse than a throat full of tongue. Suck on his bottom lip, and maybe the upper one. Don't bite hard, just a gentle teasing bite going up his lip. Suck his tongue a little when it's in your mouth. There's loads you can do. Go really slow sometimes, just as slow as possible. Than other times just fast and passionate.

After I finish kissing a guy, I don't want to have to wipe my mouth, because your kiss was sloppier than a sloppy Joe sandwitch.

Keep the saliva to a minimum, be gentle and don't dart your tongue in and out of their mouth like a jack hammer!
