Don't worry about it. It's natural behavior for them. What you need to do is get your pup a toy stuffed animal to use for exerting his frustrations on. Funny, I know, one of our dogs has worn out more than one toy playmate!

Your dog is showing emotion/ownership over the cat, sort of establishing a Pack order...There's no need to be overly concerned...the Cat can get away from the dog if it gets annoyed. If the dog takes to trying to do the same with your leg corret 'em!

It's not sexual. Very tiny puppies do it to each other. It's a dominance thing, pecking order. My friend's female poodle used to hump her cat. LOL! Just their way of showing who's boss.

That's one happy go luck dog. Seems to me the cat doesn't mind either. Mixed marriages huh... Me too, I think my wife is an alien.
