nothing, since he has to accept on faith, not be shown. The bible is the proof and he has already rejected it, so he has rejected God.
It is our job merley to tell them about Christ and how he died for them, if they don't want to accept that is thier right and thier choice.

Ok, do this. Ask God a serious question about something and ask him to back it up. Like a if this then that....like God,I am struggling on knowingi your real because all I have is the bible but, I need to understand you without a shadow of a doubt, make yourself real to me, give me a sign, something.... Listen to your heart, that instinct on the inside, submit you rself to really listening and watching for his reply and he will show himself to you in a big way. It is sad many people have gotten away from the Bible, it's what we have but there is sooo much more that we have also, and that is prayer and the Holy Spirit. You have to know that the bible is the true word of GOd and if you could read it for yourself and not by someone else's interpretation, it would come to life but one thing you must know is the bible is for Christians. Keep talking to God, and he will reveal himself just ask him for a relationship but if you are an atheist how can you even tap into to him. He gives you the right to be what you want to be and will not force himself on you, you just have to accept him. Just ask God a question and just say I will know you answered if this happens...you will be amazed...ask him a question......

I can't prove that oxygen exits either - but without it we would all die. You can't prove the wind blows, except that you can see/feel the effects so you know it does. I can't prove that God exists, but it has been proven that prayer makes a difference in physical healing.
There are many historical references that prove things in the Bible. It isn't just the Bible that refers to Jesus or many of the events that are recorded in the Bible.
Belief should not be based on facts, but on faith. Seek and you shall find... If the atheist TRULY seeks to find out the truth of God, he/she will turn to the Bible and ask God to provide the faith. If you have the faith of a mustard seed... If the atheist is not truly seeking God, he/she is not serious and facts alone will never be enough.
As an added FYI...
"Scientific studies demonstrate that individuals who participate in organized religion are physically healthier and living longer (see Is Religion Good for Your Health, Harold Koenig, 1997). These studies imply that prayer has the potential to fight infections."

Christianity is a matter of faith, not logic. Most atheists probably know as much about the Bible as I do and have chosen to reject it, so I wouldn't do anything to try to prove God's existance. If all of Creation doesn't prove the existance of God to this person, then nothing I could do or say could change his mind. He has the right to believe what he wants, even if he is ultimately wrong.

There is no scientific proof, nor would I be inclined to convince you. Many of those who believe, do so simply on faith. They want, or need to believe, and that is respectable. Others rationalize using probabilities to determine their chances of being punished or rewarded. I personally see these as very poor reasons for belief, contrary to the intent of Christianity, and little more than the training we use on dogs. In fact, one could hardly call it belief, more like hedging their bets. I suspect it will be seen for what it is.
On the other hand, I can well understand the reasons for proclaiming ones belief in God, while the inverse seems not very logical. First, while it is possible to prove a negative per se, not this one. The best one can hope for is to argue there is no proof either way. So to what positive effect is it to declare there is no God? Having thought about this some time, and argued the point with some, I maintain there are only two significant reasons:
1-To establish yourself as unbound by the rule of society bound to a great extent by the Judea/Christian values. This allows one to pursue whatever selfish desires they may have without conscience.
2-To bring attention to oneself, standout, be the voice of dissent, reasoned or otherwise. Theirs is simply to be contrarian.
There is another group that sometimes are pegged for atheist, and may even claim to be one, but I regard differently. These are the few that are so offended by the actions, proclamations, assertions, and judgments made by the worlds religions, that they find the notion of a God consistent with any of them repulsive. This does not mean they cannot accept God, just not the flawed one described in many of the worlds religions.
Do not confuse the concept of God, with organized religion. Contrary to what we are told, they do not have to be one and the same. To follow that direction leads one to the absolutism that's more dangerous than atheism.
Speaking of absolutes, I believe there are very few when you get right down to it. Just ask the quantum physicist. Those who hold fast to, or espouse absolutes should be regarded with a very cautious eye.

Creation is two sided.
It consists of energy and laws of physics.
Energy is not the Law Of Physics.
Laws Of Physics is not an energy form.
There is no real reason at this point,
to convert to Christianity.
All religions, including Christianity are in
their Last Days. For the most part, religions
are tools that mankind has used to nail down things
that weren't supposed to be nailed down to begin with.
The Universe is an energy field.
We come from a restore point in that field.
When we die, we return to that restore point, and
wait for the next genetic explosion that ignites our
particular frequencies.
Our greatest blessing is to wake to a day that we
have never seen before.
Keep the faith.

I do not want to convert an atheist to Christianity. I would want him (or her) to come to God through Jesus and find New Life through Jesus.
As for proofs - no amount of proofs I can give will satisfy an atheist. An atheist has to come to the place where he or she sincerely seeks God out. And that only happens when the Spirit of God draws them.

I would ask him to explain why he would convert to Christianity if I could prove there is a God. There are a lot of Good religions out there. What makes him believe that Christianity would be the best.

There is no way to prove god through scientific means. Many people can give you "cercumstantial evidense", but all of this can be fought, and denied with scientfic evidense. They can just give you a hypothesis. Im an atheist, and If you could prove to me, beyond a reason of a doubt that God exists, hell, id convert, and pray for a few hours every day for not realising it earlier. But that's "if" they ever proved it to me.

There have been discoveries of objects such as Noah's Ark and certain land sites and artifacts. I believe that most people may not be able to satisfy your challenge of proving that God exists without using you-know-what, but that does not mean that He does not exist or that it is not impossible. I'm not saying one way or the other of what I personally believe. I'm just concerned about the accuracy and authenticity of your statement.

LoL, the very order of the Universe, the fact that as far as we know, its based solely on only 6 numbers, fractals all around us, mathmatics, physics, music, all of this is coherent just doesn't appear out of chaos. But, I don't really give a crap whether he believes or not. His belief won't be acceptable to God without Faith and Faith is based on "belief in things unseen" so therefore, without him believing in the Spritual world, he can never worship God and have God accept his worship. Kind of a nasty Catch-22 there, but God sets the rules.
