If they pass the US medical examinations. I believe they are called the Step exams.
The new york times reported that there will soon be a shortage of Doctors in the United States. This may be due to no new medical schools in the US for the last two decades and doctors choosing to becoming specialists instead GP's. The latter is happening due to the way insurance Companies pay little to gp's in relation to specialists.
We will need all the new doctors possible to fill the gaps due to md's leaving gp practices and the aging of the United States population.

If they fulfill the requirements, certainly they should be allowed to practice medicine. There is another aspect as well -- there is a large Indian population in the US, and I'm sure many of them would love to have a doctor who understood their customs, and traditions.

sure, absolutely everyone who refuses to employ human beings simply by their political association, race, or faith must be punished. If the authorities made a regulation that someone ought to no longer have a job simply by their political association than i ought to leave the rustic.
