Who's acting like a bunch of toxic sludge jumpers? Honey, the only toxic sludge I see around here is the pollution being churned out at the speed of light by conservative-backed big businesses and Christian fish-toting SUV's. And do you know why the Christians are in such a hurry to pollute the planet in spite of warnings that human activity is adding to various ecological problems, including, but not limited to, global warming? Because they think God gave them this planet to abuse at their convenience. Because they think the end times are approaching so they can let the place go to Hell in a handbasket and don't have to worry about preserving anything for future generations. Because they're much more concerned with condemning the sins of others than with addressing their own abuses.
The truth is that we atheists don't think there's any big daddy in the sky who's going to save us all when we ruin the planet. We and we alone are responsible for preserving this planet for future generations. But I suppose that sort of practical, charitable reasoning is hard for someone like you who is so "filled with the grace of God" that you cannot think about anything but your own self-induced reverie.
Stop flitting around like a butterfly on acid, alighting only long enough to spout criticisms and condemnations, but rationalizing your inconsiderate behavior by claiming to be a mere poet-philosopher and disguising your knife thrusts with sing-songy nonsense. If I believed in Satan, I'd say you were doing the devil's work. Read "The Screwtape Letters" lately? Hypocrisy and intolerance are the slipperiest kinds of evil, dear. But they are evil none the less.

well....yea i happen to be have christian beliefs also. and i dont agree with the points that atheists believe in. but never the less it is a beleif. u need to be more respecatable and treat people with care no matter what. u think ur praising god by shooting others beliefs down bc theyre different? no. ur just further spreading the bad name given to chrsitians and making ur self look like a huge *** hole. so yeaa.. grow up and show some respect.

I agree. The athiests seem to have soo much hate and disgust for a subject that they don't believe exists? And imagine the horror that comes from people who want to love their neighbors as they do themselves! Some must be projecting some sort of inner problems they have on those that have a sense of inner peace, while others may just be nasty people. I have no idea, and it is not for me to judge.
