Let me redirect, I’m not Christen or Catholic. I'm Pagan, therefore I would not go to peoples doorstep doing the work of Jesus.

Spreading the Good News to all who will listen.
They are doing their job as a Witness.
To tell you about God and Jesus Christ.

One lady comes to my house to study the Bible.
I told her, I'm a Witness for Jehovah, but I'm
NOT Jehovah Witness.

She said they don't believe in healings.

But, GOD IS A HEALER. God said He was.
God is the same yesterday, today, and
tommorrow.
Jesus died on the cross, and rose from the dead.
He's very much alive in All that accept and believe
in him. He hasn't changed.

She told me Jesus healed when he was here.
He's not here now. Healings stopped when
he left.

I told her that wasn't in my religous teachings.
Jesus hasn't changed.

I won't convert.
If they want to study the Bible with me, good.
I'll use mine, they can use theirs.
They seem to convert people who know little
about the Bible. When they come over, i've told
her not to bring "Pushy People". What a turn off.
They can't MAKE you have their same beliefs.
I do like the Bible study. My Bible with theirs.

When they knock on your door, be nice.

One church door knocker asked me if I was Saved.
I said Yes.
He said, "How do you know"?
I said "because, I accept Jesus Christ as my Savior,
Jesus said, "All those that believe in me shall be saved".

He invited me to his church. Then he left.

Somethings aren't for all, but take what you can.
You may really have the need one day to find
comfort in Gods Word for yourself , and others.
They do have a good study, and thank God I can
read His Word for myself.
I pray for understanding of His Word.
It does help.
May God Bless, and keep you.

NOTE:

I read. You have been Witness to by the believers
here.
For a Pegan, you seem to be looking.

JESUS HAS HIS ARMS WIDE OPEN TO ALL WHO
WANT TO KNOW GOD THE FATHER.

The practice of preaching from house-to-house is not merely some human tradition. Instead, it is actually a command from Christ Jesus, the head of the Christian congregation. It is impossible to actually be a Christian while disregarding this work:

(Luke 10:1-17) After these things the Lord designated seventy others and sent them forth by twos in advance of him into every city and place to which he himself was going to come. 2 Then he began to say to them: “The harvest, indeed, is great, but the workers are few. Therefore beg the Master of the harvest to send out workers into his harvest. 3 Go forth. Look! I am sending you forth as lambs in among wolves. ...16 “He that listens to you listens to me too. And he that disregards you disregards me too. Moreover, he that disregards me disregards also him that sent me forth.”

As true Christians, Jehovah's Witnesses work to please God and Christ rather than man or selves. It does not even matter if anyone listens to their message, so even if no one "converted" the Witness work would continue, from house-to-house.

(Acts 5:42) Every day in the temple and from house to house they continued without letup teaching and declaring the good news about the Christ, Jesus.

(Acts 20:20) I did not hold back ...from teaching you publicly and from house to house

(2 Timothy 4:3-5) For there will be a period of time when they will not put up with the healthful teaching ...and they will turn their ears away from the truth, whereas they will be turned aside to false stories. You, though, keep your senses in all things, suffer evil, do the work of an evangelizer, fully accomplish your ministry.

I think I already answered this, but anyway a ritual would be if we came to your door in the same clothes, with the same literature, saying the same thing. A ritual is something that must be done exactly like robots by everyone. When we come to your door we are following Jesus command to go out and preach, but nonetheless it's still a choice, not something forced upon us. And we aren't trying to convert others. When we come to your door we aren't like "You must be a Jehovah's Witness, You must be one of us" all zombie like. All we are trying to do is share a brief Bible thought with you, something encouraging. If you don't want to hear it then okay we leave, it's that simple. Maybe you should listen to us when we come to your door and then you would learn more about us:)

Has your minister, priest or religious leader mentioned this wonderful hope to you? Of course they have not, most clergymen say nothing about it. In fact, many do not even believe the Bible. This is an important reason why Jehovah’s witnesses call at the homes of people of other religions.

The efforts of Jehovah’s witnesses to approach people in public and at their homes are rooted in the Word of God. Jesus himself went directly to the people, and he instructed his apostles and disciples to do likewise.

The Witnesses’ beliefs, based entirely on God’s Word, the Bible, prevent them from falling into the trap of becoming a sect or a cult. They take a kindly interest in all other people, of whatever religious persuasion. No, they do not try to force these people to change their viewpoint. They endeavor to imitate their Leader, Christ Jesus, by presenting Scriptural evidence of the trouble-free Paradise that will soon be established on earth.—Matthew 28:19, 20; 1 Peter 2:21.

A ritual is something one does over and over, almost routine, without really concentrating on what they are doing. Like you can repeat the Our Father 20 times and be thinking of something else the entire time you are doing it.

When the Witnesses come knocking, each experience they have will be unique. It's not routine or ritualistic in the least.

JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES ARE ONLY FOLLOWING THE COMMAND IN THE BIBLE AT MATTHEW 28:19,20. JESUS SAID: "GO THEREFORE AND MAKE DISCIPLES OF PEOPLE OF ALL THE NATIONS, BAPTIZING THEM IN THE NAME OF THE FATHER, AND OF THE SON, AND OF THE HOLY SPIRIT, TEACHING THEM TO OBSERVE ALL THE THINGS I HAVE COMMANDED YOU." MATTHEW 24:14 ALSO SAYS: "AND THIS GOOD NEWS OF THE KINGDOM MUST BE PREACHED IN ALL THE INHABITED EARTH FOR A WITNESS TO ALL THE NATIONS AND THEN THE END WILL COME". DO YOU NOT READ THE BIBLE? JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES ARE FOLLOWING A COMMAND FROM JESUS. SO NEXT TIME THEY COME TO YOUR DOOR, TAKE THE TIME AND LISTEN INSTEAD OF CRITICIZING THEM, CAUSE YOU MIGHT JUST LEARN SOMETHING NEW!!!

what makes you so special? they find themselves on everyone's doorstep? they don't try to convert people, they make you look into the bible, they do door to door because that's what Jesus commanded his disciples to do and to go in twos Matt28:19-20, since you're a christian, why aren't YOU obeying Jesus, or are you too concerned with judging others to follow your so-called leader? Maybe he's asking too much for you to do, they are also the only ones showing christ-like qualities, i don't see them posting bad things about others like you are doing. what don't you like about them, the fact that they are more obedient than you, that's just jealousy, pick up your torture stake and follow Jesus.

They are doing what Jesus instructed his disciples to do. To go around preaching about God's Kingdom and the good news. They encourage people to look more deeply into the Bible and analyse them. They are not converting anyone to anything, they are giving people an opportunity to get to know more about their Creator. Give them a chance, I did and it's been a great experience.

Why are Christians ritualistically annoying and ritualistically believe in their imaginary friend?

They are following their rituals to convert.
Some even have ritual answers to the questions on this site by repeating themselves through cut and paste.
