this is actually a question? sex is illegal until you are 18, so if you are a pregnant minor you're already breaking the law, so I am not sure what rights you're asking about here...

there are no laws unless u are sleeping with an older person than u thats if u are a minor. but if u are of age and sleeping with a minor well than yes u are breaking the law. but as for a minor being pregnant the only law being broke is if u are pregnant by a person of age or if u got a minor pregnant but

how old are u?
are u a male or female?
what country are you in?
what state are u in if ur in usa?

The age for sex in some states is not 18 you have some states that the age is 16, or 14, and even in a couple of them it is 13. Check the laws of that state.

Actually the mother despite her age is the mother of the baby and makes all medical, etc. decisions. You can not be descriminated against due to pregnancy or parental status. Anything regarding your baby is your decision. How old are you? Big diff 16+ vs under 16 though.

Is this a question. Kids are so eager to grow up and do grown up things. Having sex is for grown ups 18- older. Pregnant minors should not have rights. You wanted to be grown and have sex. Now try and be grown and raise a baby.

what? ugh, you can have sex if you are a minor- just not with someone that is an adult. Also, ages are different for different states (ie. age 16 is legal in North Carolina). So you need to check your states laws.

Well, if you're 16 you can have an abortion without parental consent. Or maybe it's 17. But really, none.
