You have God in quotations...does that mean you want us to answer along the lines of the word itself, or do you really want to know what God - I'll use the Christian God to align the question with my own beliefs, as inappropriate as that may be - means to us?

The word 'God' is simply a term used to designate the most important, most wonderful, most amazing being in my life. That being (GOD) means more to me than I could ever put into words. I am constantly amazed at his love, generosity, mercy, and faithfulness. Even when I exert a half-hearted attempt to maintain a relationship with him, he continues to pour blessings and love out onto me and my life, never leaving me. I don't understand it, and I certainly couldn't reciprocate it, but I am so thankful and so blessed for it.

I hope I answered your question somewhere along the lines of your original intent. =)

John 3:16. In short. God loved the world, so he gave his ONLY son, for the sole purpose of saving the world from an eternity in Hell.

And the whole thing about Church offerings are Gifts, not determining whether you go to Heaven or Hell. You should WANT to give to the church. Whoever said that was the determining factor was wrong... The fact of the matter is that it is your choice. God doesn't send people to Hell, Satan takes them by throwing worldly temptations out there to keep people astray from the truth.

God is the ultimate creator & designer of heaven & earth; The Lord of universe, The God of mankind and righteous people likes Adam, Noah, Abraham, Joseph, Jacob, Jonah, Moses, Aaron etc, they all are the messengers to their people that brings one common and universal message - Thou shall not worship others God. No religion too.

just watched something on tv. God that created the earth isn't the one true God. The God that created everything else is apparently. That info came from Jeesus to Juudas at the last supper because he was the only one who understood.

It could mean a few things - Go On Die, it is dog backwards.

If you mean religously its all bollocks. God is imaginary, an invisible friend if you like.

One day common sense will prevail and religion will be where it belongs, in the past.

God is the end result of a failed search for truth by a very shallow mind, provided that any search was made at all instead of swallowing the pile of delusional bilge that was spoon-fed to you as a child.
