Well, a Christian's behavior really has nothing to do with it. Christians believe that there is a Heaven and a Hell. We only get to Heaven by believing in faith that Jesus was God and died on the cross for our sins. God gives us an eternal home in Heaven, by his grace. Either you accept that, or you don't. It really has nothing to do with how a Christian down here behaves. Their beliefs are the aforementioned. If a Christian down here behaves like a jerk, that doesn't undermine the fact that Jesus died for everyone's sins. Whether they accept that or not is really up to them. Christians aren't saying, "Believe what I believe or you'll go to hell." They're saying, "this is what we believe, and if we really believe it, then we believe you'll go to hell. Not because you don't believe what I-I believe, but because you haven't given your life over to Christ." I know, Christians can be jerks, but that's really not important. Jesus wasn't a jerk. God isn't a jerk. That's the important part.

Friend, sometimes I as a Christian can kinda understand what you are saying. I think alot more people would be a Christian, if it weren't FOR Christians! But not all Christians are alike. And, above all this, PLEASE don't judge God by the behaviors and attitudes of others. You know, RELIGION will keep you out of Jail, but only the REDEEMER, {JESUS} can keep you out of HELL. Hell is a real place that exists. As a matter of fact, Jesus spoke more about the horrors of Hell than He did the glories of Heaven. Jesus warned us many, many times about staying out of this awful, eternal place. It's actually quite easy so stay out of hell. Alls ya gotta do is trust Jesus as your Savior. He died for you and payed your sin debt so that you would never have to go to hell. Friend, please be sure that the words I'm saying are true. I hope to see you in Heaven one glad day. And remember, even the Bible, God's Holy Word makes it perfectly clear that alot of RELIGIOUS people will never even see the Kingdom of Heaven. They depended on their RELIGION to earn them a ticket to Heaven, when they should have had a RELATIONSHIP with the REDEEMER. I'm not trying to judge you, it's not up to anyone but God to do that. But I will pray that God makes Himself real to you, and that you see that Hell isn't some made-up fairy tale. It's a very real place. My thoughts and prayers are with you. God loves you, so do I.

Perhaps. To get to heaven what you must do is "confess with your mouth and believe in your heart" that Jesus came down and died on the cross for our sins and rose again three days later.(This is what Christians believe) Accepting that is the only way to have a relationship with God. If you can get with that then okey dokey, if not then you're going to hell unfortunately.

I wish it were possible for us to talk because I fear you have run across some Christians that don't know what Christianity is all about.
It's a sad fact of life but many use their religion as a front to propagate their hatred and dissatisfaction with their own life.
That is NOT what Christianity is all about.
But then that's just my opinion.

hell is a symbolic place that most christians dont understand, as most of the bible is over their heads, they are so diluted from the truth that their teachings are not producing the type of people that illuminate bible truths. their god is not blessing them, more people are turned off by religion than ever. they are actually playing into the hands of their great nemisis. so dont ever let anyone tell you that a god of love will ever roast you in a fire for not listening to him this is a lie perpetuated by those who make god out to be a monster.

Hey, I'm a Christian and I don't like my behavior half the time. But God has accepted me because Jesus paid for my sins.
He paid for yours too. Check it out.

no, most religions or all of them for that matter are extremely closed minded. all religions think they are right--its so funny. try not to worry yourself and find your own way. -if you are concerned about anything--trying helping the needy, neighbor or someone who likes they need help. ------in japan they take care of their elders--here we shun them or put them somewhere where its OUT OF SIGHT MEETS OUT OF MIND. its shameful with a high degree of disrespect. life is short---make the best of your time on earth. what happens at the end?--I do not know. I believe in god but if he is real, then he or she has alot of explaing to do.

And if you don't believe in Muhammad you're doomed too...there's no getting ahead in this world. Choose your beliefs and stick to them. Don't worry about what others think.
