Why do you think you will die young? Never heard of that happening before because you don't eat veggies. Out of curiosity, though, why don't you eat veggies? Are there only a few that you really like? If that's the case, that's nothing. Eat what you like.

Well one thing is for sure you are getting plenty of protein! But it is not safe to eat just meat. I mean you are not a cave man! LOL In order to live long and have a great and healthy body, you need your veggies. And fruit in this case. If you want to eat them and not have to think you are doing it, I would suggest that you eat them with your meat. Like steak and potatoes or something like that. And for your fruit drink it in a smoothie form or put it in your drink. But to further answer your question, depending on how you eat your meat, you will not die young. But you will be EXTREMELY unhealthy! Which can lead to death. Hope this helps and that you will rethink the whole MEAT RULES thing!

a balanced diet is important...as is variation in your diet. If you're unable to eat fruits/vegetables, I would consult my Dr and find out what kinds of supplements will replace the nutrients you aren't getting.

I wouldn't worry about dying young...but I would at least be smart about the TYPE of meat I was eating...stick with lean meats such as chicken or pork and limit red meat...red meat has more cholesterol, which can lead to clogged arteries and heart disease. If you were over the age of 30 I'd recommend having your cholesterol checked...otherwise just focus on getting a wide range of foods in your diet and/or supplementing.

young is really relative, just like type two diabetes can be. for example some people only loose a foot or a leg whereas others get diabetes associated brain damage. (yes diabetes can cause circulatory problems including heart disease, aneurysm and even stroke, not to mention the constant cloud of diabetic coma hanging over head) really if you care about your health and your self you will start taking steps to balance your diet, but I am sure you already knew the answer to this question before you asked it.

my kids think ketchup is a vegetable! I hope that they live to be a ripe(lol) old age. take your vitamins, exercise and hope that you don't get run over by a bus before you find out if not eating veggies
will make you die young.

im surprised you aren't dead yet. But if you don't like pale greasy skin, and bad breath, try and drink some v8 and fruit juices to replace the nutrients. If it helps just mix um with vodka.

Not if you take a vitamin. Remeber you need to take a multi-vitamin with food and with a little fat in the food because some vitamins are only fat soluble.
