The English in this question is so poor that it's hard to understand, but I think the answer is no. In 12 hours of flight time, a helicopter could cover no more than 2000 miles in a zero-wind condition.
This is getting away from the subject, but one of the answers said, "Helicopters only travel 200-300 MPH..."
Wow, that's quite a helicopter! As a commercial helicopter pilot, I can assure you that 99% of modern helicopters fly in the area of 110-150 mph normal cruise, and the VNE (Velocity Never Exceed) is not over about 180 mph, and that's only in a dive. Helicopter speed is restricted by complex aerodynamics of the rotating wing (rotor); mainly retreating blade stall and compressibility stall. There are a few military types that can approach 200 mph in cruise, even faster for tilt-rotors, but their aerodynamics are aided by small wings.

I think you want to know, that if you rise up off the ground and hover in place for 12 hours, will the Earths rotation bring North America around for you to drop down and land there?
No. The atmosphere is moving with the planet, you would need to rise above the atmosphere, i.e. go into orbit to have this happen and helicopters cant even get close to that.

Not sure I understand what you mean, but if it translates to: "if you flew in a helicopter from India, would you reach the US in 12 hours?" - the answer is no. Helicopters only travel 200-300 MPH. That translates to 2,400 to 3,600 miles. Not even 1/4th of the way.

12hrs in most choppers ???
Well if a tree falls in the forest and nobody hears.....
If you autorotate into the drink and no body knows....
Seriously...most helos can cruise between 100-150kts and carry between 3-4hrs fuel , And since most transport machines in the twin medium catagory burn around 550-700lbs/hr you can do the math and figure out how much fuel you'd need for 12hrs (lots)
The most i've ever stuffed into a Bell 212 is 7.5hrs worth and at 100kts for that long...your nor gonna want to go any further!

No, as you will keep on drifting along with the rotation of the earth.
Same is applicable for a hot air balloon...you can't keep floating at the same place.

Well scientifically speaking, I think you could.but first you should pack your bags and buy a ticket on a jetplane, skip the helicopter, the food is better.
