I don't think people understood this questions clearly. When I said percentage %, I meant what percentage of people, out of 100 speak two or more languages.

Well I speak English, Welsh, French and Spanish. And if you don't know where Welsh is spoken, it is spoken in Wales (you know...that country next to England which is NOT a part of England) and in Patagonia (in Argentina - bet you didn't know that!).

Most people these days can speak at least 2 languages because of the schooling systems in place, where it is compulsory to learn a language up to a certain age.
