She may have a cyst in there, but my best guess is that if all of her nipples are swollen that she may be pregnant.

It could just be over active milk ducts. =clear, white or whitish/yello discharge.
this might sound weird, but smell it.
if there is an unplesent odour, its something more than this, and you should take her to a vet.

Sounds like you will be seeing some puppies soon. Do some research as to what to expect so you won't be worried! Let nature take its course.

She could have an infection, or even possibly cancer. Have the vet check her.
