I think that you should just watch what you eat.
Cut out any chocolate.
Eat Eggs for breakfast.
Only have a little piece of bread
Avoid fast-food and eat home-made food
You can also sign up at programs that help you lose weight, like Lindora or 24 hour fittness and things like that
Avoid pasta and junk food
Excersize
Play sports
Don't eat in front of the TV
Eat apples or carrots for a snack
Walk a little every day
Drink a lot (not too much) water

Ok, this is something I may can answer from experience! But to the point. If you need to lose weight cutting back on food intake is key. What you have to do is diet and exercise. My mother says the same thing stop eating and you will lose wieght. Little as she knows, that can cause you to starve or make you want to eat more. The best thing to do is to start off slow taking it one day at a time. If you eat junk food or you eat big portions of food, everyday try to eat less of it and eat fruits and veggies. Then you can move to exercising. Start off slow do a couple of crunches. If you feel tired stop. Then keep going until you build up the energy. You wont see results in like a week, but you will feel better. Soon as you know it you will be healthy and your weight will be gone. Hope this helps and feel free to ask me for more help. Eat food that isnt processed and doesnt contain a million artificial ingredients.
Exercise is always healthy...although only you and your Dr can determine a good rate and intensity.
Water...drink at least 8 glasses a day of water. Most people are dehydrated.
If you eat healthy and exercise healthy you will become healthy and have a healthy weight.

You will need to change your diet around by eating more salads fresh fruit and also do some excrises and drink plenty of water. Also cut down on greasy foods. If you eat chicken have it without the skin and you can even eat fish and that will help.

speak to a doctor or dietician to find a healthy, balanced diet that you can stick to (one with adequate protein and not loaded with sugars and fats). Then get started on a workout regime...slowly at first. even just walking for 20 minutes a few times a week can make a huge difference.

I find my trick is to eat smaller meals (more like snacks, really) more frequently helps. My other trick is MILK, I drink a cup when I feel hungry and the hunger is subsided. I learned from a nutrition class that milk is designed to trick your stomach into thinking you are full beacuse it coats it. Hope this helps!

try weightwatchers.com It work great for my wife. On weightwatchers you can go on there fourms and get advice to help thoughtout your weightloss and help with meal ideas. Also it helps to have a work buddy. It will help make go to the gym and to motivate you to workout.

cut back on soda...sugars, pasta, bread, and junk...if u dont wanna exercise, just walk briskly...dont do too much in one day, u gotta work it up gradually. tell ur self ur gonna lose it, be positive
