Sorry honey, but your height has very little to go with vitamins and nutrition however they are important for growth, have you ever seen the commercials of starving countries, they are not a bunch of short people.
Your height has already been genetically predetermined by your DNA and your levels of growth hormone.
Bodybuilding companies do sell growth hormone supplements, but I don't know whether these work or are safe or will even effect height.
Accept the height you have, you will grow some more, and focus on improving your skills in vollyball and basketball.
There are short professional, vollyball and basketball players.

Yes, aside from eating a healthy balanced diet with vitamins and exercise.. there is no other natural way to make yourself taller. Your height can only be determined by your genes, but can be stunted by consuming caffeine pretty often.

There are growth hormoes which can be administered to you. But these have some bad side effects. Other than this, your height is already set by your genes.

Stretching mimght help by making you stand taller but it has mostly to do with jeans... unless you use sergery where the insert metal between your bones and make them regrow to give you more height.

Jumping and stretching helps a little. Also - don't wear a heavy backback - and don't lift weights untill your older.
Plus sleep helps.
