I was playing keeper in a soccer game and got kneed in the temple of my head and was knocked out for about 30 seconds. I stayed in the game and about 10min later I got kicked in the ohter side of my head. I felt dizzy and nauseated and couldn't see straight.....needless to say I left the game, went to the hospital and was diagnosed with another concussion. so in short yes go to the hospital you can die from them

put your head between your legs, if you tolerate this without real dizziness it may not be a concussion. But it's always advisable to see a doctor for any head injury.
