Alive. I wanna see the heavens open up and hear the trumpets sound. I hope I live to see it.

I would rather have lived my whole life and died here on earth because then I would have had an opportunity to perform every good deed that God had prepared in advance for me to do to glorify Him and also because that would mean that there was still time for people who hadn't yet come to Christ to be saved.
Ephesians 2:10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.
2 Peter 3:8 But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. 9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

I agree with SherryK. It wouldn't matter which side I was on before or after because I'm ending up in the same place. But because I'm a Christian, I know there is no possible way I'll be around after the rapture because those who are in Christ will be raptured when He returns to rapture them. If you are truely in him, you won't be on the otherside -theres no way to get around that little piece in the bible.
As far as being dead or alive - it doesn't matter. What happens, happens and I'm not going to worry myself about that. Its in God's hands.

i'd rather be alive cause then ill c things that are happening in my time period and if im dead.......for example say i died in 1932 then the world end in 2010 then everyone that was dead would come back to life {like it says in the bible} and i wouldnt know where i was but i guess it really wouldnt matter cause i would what day it was.

Um...
The individual about whom you refer is Jesus, the Christ, I would infer.
You seem to have adopted the theory that JC is "THE" messiah, yes?
I know a few people who would disagree, believing the 'true' messiah has yet to manifest.
You pose an interesting theory, however.
Cheers!
EDIT: To sate the Querent -- It is irrelevant to me whether I am alive or not at this wonderful (?) terrestrial event.

There is no second comming as people say. You don't die, you sleep. After death and before reincarnation, the soul is a sleep. It is hidden in your subconscious. Chritianity is not a religion. He spoke of the spiritual world.
Gnosticism is TRUTH.

Doesn't really matter, I'll end up in the same place. It would be great to be "caught up in the air" though!
