Cheat on their wives/girlfriends...that is what I am refering to...sorry for the confusion.

Unfortunately there are some rotten apples out. What's sad is they do ruin peoples lives intentionally and there is not a thing you can do about it. Judges, Lawyers and Law enforcement Live with the same motto "we take care of our own" sadly enough their own family members get picked up for some wrong doing they called officer daddy our take them home while anyone everyone else gets keelhauled to their local jail. OOPS! I just found that was not the question, but my answer stand nevertheless.

There is a much higher percentage of police officers who cheat on their wives than other professions. The stress of the job, the badge bunny's (women who will have sex with you because you have a badge), power, etc. It all adds up to infidelity for some of the weak minded officers.

Cheat on what? Taxes? Probably not. Their spouses? Again, probably no more than the rest of the population. The Law? Probably a bit more often than the rest of the population...if only out of more direct and specific knowledge of the law.

All cops do not cheat ,but the ones that do do that because that is who they really are ,and they just become ,or stay ,cops to hide behind the badge.

No. Neither my father or my brother have or do. There have even been women who call the police and are well known, who show up at the door in lingerie. My father would tell them she had the wrong guy and she should stop doing things like this. He did this even when he wasn't married.

No. Most police officers are honest. Unfortunately we always here about the few who do and they ruin it for the good ones. Just like with any profession, there will always be some rotten apples.
