what's the max sentence 4 some1 charged with "possession of a firearm by a minor" over 18 years of age in SC? Is it a misdimeanor or a felony?

update: In South Carolina you have to be 21 to legally carry/use/hold/obtain etc. a gun.

i stay in sc. i do no longer imagine you may properly be charged as a minor once you're eighteen. in case you pick to discuss the completed challenge im me. I actual have a mom who works at a reformatory so i understand extremely about the kit.

i live in sc. i don't think you can be charged as a minor if you are eighteen. if you want to talk about the whole situation im me. i have a mom who works at a prison so i know a little bit about the system.
