Maybe the dog is in shock. You know what? You are just going to have to face the truth. It was an accident, trying to hide your mistake will make the situation worse.

You should not try to hide the body. Tell your sister, apologize, beg her forgiveness, on your knees. Tell her how sorry you are. This is going to be very hard for your sister and she may blame you, even tho it was an accident. Be there for her, understand her grief and try to help her thru it.

You could kill your sister. You wouldn't have to worry bout the dog any more. Oh wait---you would have to worry about your sister then. Okay here is what you do. Cook the dog. But make it look like chicken and invite your sister over for dinner.........

uh, did your dog actually die??? i hope not! i had a similar problem with a girl i babysat. i took he to the library and made her read books about dog care and then we watched a movie on how to care for a dog. then we went and took my dog to a pet store (shes good with kids) and the people their showed her how to pet one and treat it nice and explained what can happen if they get hurt and what can hurt them. they were very friendly about it, not lecture-y at all. i would also tell your parents and explain to them that this is a big problem and make them listen about some disiplin for her dropping the dog, like maybe she has to pick up its poo out of the yard or something else dog care related that not fun.

Since it was obviously an accident, just be straight with her and apologize. Accidents happen.
