I wouldn't do it if I were you. If you know for a fact he doesn't like you, why waste your time? It won't make him like you any better.

Life is short and investing time in someone who does not respect or appreciate you is a waste of your time.
Be patient.
Save your time and effort for someone who does have an interest in you.
