Actually you do not have a choice over your emotions, Your question should have been, Why am I nervous about Jr. High
Anytime most people encounter a new environment they are nervous, And rightfully so.
The best answer I can give you is just remember that hundreds of millions of other students have gone through Jr. High and lived to tell about it.

No way. Just make good friends and stick with them. Get involved if your school has sports or clubs, and you will meet some great people. Then, when you make it to high school, you will have experience with the stuff that you are good at, tips on how to be good at the stuff you're not, and really great friends to study with!!!

no. its gonna go by like that(*snaps fingers*) b4 u kno it u'll be n high school. plus u'll meet some great ppl along the way. don't b nervous.

no you should not be afraid. every thing will be ok, I know. I am in 7th going 2 8th. as long as you have the right teachers and no attitude you will also be ok.
