last time i saw him was 11 years ago. i know he is in Irving,Texas.Please help me find him

Contact the Salvation Army. Among their many charities, they help separated family members to find each other. If they locate this person, they will give him or her the information needed to get in touch with you. Then it is up to this person whether or not to actually contact you. The Salvation Army helps everyone, of whatever faith. Good luck.

Go to the white pages, search for william ross in irving, tx and call the three numbers listed.
Start of by saying, this may sound funny but is your birthday 6.23.70....
(don't ask when their birthday is...it's too intrusive)
likewise if a woman answers make sure that you explain your a parent looking for a child...

Why don't you go there, look for him yourself(if u know where he lives and his name +date of birth)and surprise him.
