Frankly, they're both pretty awkward.

Try: "The supplier of the best quality printed circuit boards at reasonable prices and the best service."

Neither is grammatically correct.

It should read:

We are a supplier with the best services and the highest quality and most reasonably priced printed circuit boards around!

OR (if you prefer this to be a true statement and not a sentence):

The best quality and service and the most reasonably priced printed circuit board supplier

You only needed to change one word.... :)

I think you're trying to say: Company X supplier has the highest quality and most reasonably priced circuit boards. with excellent service to back up your purchase.
